Shipping infos

• All orders are packed by hand so the processing could take some extra time. Thank you for understanding!
• We are shipping everything from Czechia
• All packages comes with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery time

After you receive your shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, this is how long it will likely take for your order to come to you:

• within Czechia: 2-5 working days
• EU countries: 3-12 working days
• For the shipping I use the company DHL(PPL) with the option to ship directly to the address that you fill in the order form.

When it comes to pre-orders, your order will take the amount of time in the description of the product + estimated delivery time according to the country where you want to receive the order

Custom fees and taxes

International customers are fully responsible for any custom fees that might occur upon receiving their order. We're always as accurate as possible on our custom forms and will not be lowering the value on the items. Please check your country's custom fees before ordering to avoid any surprises!
